Term 1 begins on Tuesday, 8 September 2026
Gates open at 7:00 am, and classroom doors open at 7:30 am. Please make sure your child brings a water bottle, a hat and a change of clothes where needed. The full 2026/27 term calendar is available online.
Community Open Day — Saturday, 14 November 2026
Join us from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm for classroom tours, a short talk from the head and time to meet our guides. Children are very welcome. Please reserve your place so we can plan refreshments.
Parent–teacher conferences
Conference sign-up sheets will be shared by your child’s guide two weeks before each conference window. If you need an interpreter or a different time, please speak with the office in confidence.
School bus route update
Our bus service covers selected areas of Takoradi. Routes are reviewed each term and may change slightly depending on demand. Please contact the office for the current map, timings and fees before relying on a stop.
Uniform and supply reminders
School uniform is available from the office. Please label all jumpers, water bottles and bags clearly. A short stationery list is sent home at the start of each term; families who need support with supplies should speak with the office privately.
Staying informed
Three simple ways to keep up.
We try not to overload families with messages. These are the places to look first.
Read the weekly digest
A short email from the office each Friday summarises what is coming up and what to prepare.
