We take the privacy of our children, families and visitors seriously. This page explains what information we collect through this website and how we look after it.
Who we are

Information we collect
This is a static website. We do not have a login area, and we do not create user accounts or process payments online. We only receive information you choose to send us:
- Enquiry forms: your name, email address, phone number, your child’s name and date of birth, programme of interest, preferred tour date and any message you write.
- Contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, subject and message.
- Direct contact: anything you share with us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
We do not knowingly collect information from children through this website. Enquiries should be made by a parent or guardian.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a visit or tour.
- To provide admissions information, fee schedules and relevant school updates.
- To keep a record of your enquiry and any follow-up conversation.
- To meet our legal and safeguarding obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated profiling or unrelated marketing.
How forms are processed
When you submit an enquiry or application, the details are delivered to the school office by email. Our hosting provider serves the site and our form-delivery provider processes the submission on our behalf. If you prefer, you can always contact us directly by phone or email instead of using a form.
Cookies and third-party services
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Some pages load content from third parties:
- Google Fonts for typography.
- Google Maps on the contact page, to show our location.
- Cloudflare for hosting.
- Our form provider for delivering enquiries to the school office.
These services may receive technical information such as your IP address when the content loads. Please refer to their own privacy notices for details.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to manage an application. If you become a family at the school, your information is kept in line with our student records policy and applicable Ghanaian law. If you ask us to delete an enquiry, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Under the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), you may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may object to certain uses. To make a request, email williamsgroup42@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Keeping information safe
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, including restricted access for staff who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents by email unless we have agreed a secure method.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
